Randall Garrison, Member of Parliament for Esquimalt - Saanich - Sooke and the NDP Critic for National Defence, rose in Question Period to ask the Minister of Defence to open an investigation of Canada's military cooperation with Iraq in the wake of reports of torture and summary executions by Iraqi Forces.
