Motion passes to retable unanimous report on coercive and controlling behaviour
Yesterday the Justice Committee voted in support of my motion to retable our unanimous report from the last session of Parliament calling for action to combat coercive and controlling behavior in intimate partner relationships by making coercive control a criminal offence. The government now has 120 days to respond to the report.
